Refactor weston service settings Move weston service config files back to weston package. The updated weston.ini aligns with Enterprise setting except the timeout setting. Change the resolution to the preferred resolution from display. Change-Id: Iadc2ac1361fbb5e803804468ba58b12ac0b95df6
