xdg-shell/positioner: Clarify flip semantics with anchor offset While there is no currently known usages of setting an anchor offset on the same axis as the 'flip' constraint action is set, it must still be specified so compositors behave the same. Signed-off-by: Jonas Ådahl <jadahl@gmail.com>
