drivers: usb: copy mtu3 Linux kernel driver In order to add support of USB to mt8183, copy the Linux kernel driver. In the current state, this is not expected to build and to work. The U-Boot integration will be made in another patches. Signed-off-by: Alexandre Bailon <abailon@baylibre.com>
