core: core.mk: add generated conf.cmake file to $(cleanfiles)
Commit b924c494920f ("Generate conf.cmake for TA dev kit") omitted to
add the generated file $(O)/conf.cmake to $(cleanfiles) and therefore
'make clean' leaves it intact. Fix that.
