scripts: fix tee_bin_parser.py string formatting
Fixes string formatting errors like:
File "./scripts/tee_bin_parser.py", line 24, in main
print("Magic: \t\t0x{:08x}".format(magic))
TypeError: unsupported format string passed to tuple.__format__
