MultipartMux uses the <a href="http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/doc/gstreamer/head/gstreamer/html/gstreamer-GstCaps.html#GstCaps"><span class="type">GstCaps</span></a> of the sink pad as the Content-type field for
incoming buffers when muxing them to a multipart stream. Most of the time 
multipart streams are sequential JPEG frames.
