soundtouch: Fix compilation with soundtouch 1.4.0 It used FLOAT_SAMPLES/INTEGER_SAMPLES #defines instead of ones properly prefixed with a namespace. https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=707390
