[WCNCR00166497] misc: Fix f/w assertion issue caused by 2.4G band only
[Description]
2.4G Band Only chip (ex. MT7638"G"U) uses efuse setting
to let f/w know its capability, but WiFi driver didn't consider
the flag of 5G band HW Support.
- Scan operation sends 5G ch. list to f/w, and assertion occurs
- Improper channel number calcuation
in Single SKU flow of rlmDomainSendDomainInfoCmd_V2
