[WCNCR00159533] p2p: P2P link fail in FPGA platform
[Description]
Fix the error handling of P2P connection req function.
In P2P GC case, the interval of two ASSOC flow could be very short,
we must start to connect directly before Deauth done.
The changed function : p2pRoleFsmRunEventConnectionRequest()
