[DTV00895901] connect: Fix ssid length is not initialized caused connect fail
[Description]
Fix ssid length not been re-initialized during connection, and caused next
connection to a hidden ssid AP fail problem.
This problem can be reproduced by first connecting to an non-empty ssid AP.
And then next time connect to a stealth AP.
