Add sysfs node to check that driver is fully initialized /sys/module/ov5645_camera_mipi_v2/parameters/ov5645_initialized returns 1 when camera is found and driver fully initialized and 0 otherwise b/124529767 Change-Id: I2bcca92bf8991eaacc465df52f3e998f6abace18
