  "message": "scripts: Switch to more portable Perl shebang\n\nThe default NetBSD package manager is pkgsrc and it installs Perl\nalong other third party programs under custom and configurable prefix.\nThe default prefix for binary prebuilt packages is /usr/pkg, and the\nPerl executable lands in /usr/pkg/bin/perl.\n\nThis change switches \"/usr/bin/perl\" to \"/usr/bin/env perl\" as it\u0027s\nthe most portable solution that should work for almost everybody.\nPerl\u0027s executable is detected automatically.\n\nThis change switches -w option passed to the executable with more\nmodern \"use warnings;\" approach.
