  "message": "[PATCH] When CONFIG_CC_OPTIMIZE_FOR_SIZE, allow gcc4 to control inlining\n\nIf optimizing for size (CONFIG_CC_OPTIMIZE_FOR_SIZE), allow gcc4 compilers\nto decide what to inline and what not - instead of the kernel forcing gcc\nto inline all the time.
