CHROMIUM: MALI: Make opp-hz-real fully optional for now. MT8183 actually has multiple clocks in the dts, but only the first one really matters (the others are used for switching, and the code should be moved to clock core). For now, let's just pick assume opp-hz-real is meant to match the first clock, if it's not specified.
