Update to Linux 4.19.106 - Rename pre/post scripts - Integrate fit image configuration form old boot-keys package - Switch to gzip images - Update rules.d scripts from Debian's 4.19 build - Replace defconfig with Baylibre's config, and actually use it Change-Id: Id66986d65934ae78c22b5c9b12e5ba8566330aae
