snd-edgetpu-card: Set CPU master clock and add multiple clocks
The FSL SAI driver recently got support to handle multiple upstream clocks as
its sources. This change updates the Phanbell DTS to make use of those
additional clocks for various frequencies (8k and 11k, as well as 48k and 44k).
Additionally this fixes a minor oversight in the snd-edgetpu-card driver that
prevented the master clock frequency being set during a hw_params call.
