Modify fan control device tree nodes to enable Yorktown - Yorktown uses different GPIO for the fan control than Enterprise, so remove the pin definition from the -som tree, and set to disabled. In the -phanbell and -yorktown trees, set the gpio and set status to okay. Change-Id: Ifb2d38d08fa23b7338a31b38ff6a10f177d46c55
