fsl-asoc-card: Enable headphone jack detection This change turns on headphone jack detection for phanbell devices. It does so by adding a new ALSA jack pin, as well as the additional needed callback into the rt5645 jack detect code. Change-Id: Iea26afbd5d13ac9250a56c541e51339bb6fe609a
