Extend and enable PTN5150 driver - Add optional support for i2c interrupts, enabled if the device tree provides an I2C irq. - Make CON_DET interrupt optional, will be enabled if the device tree provides a GPIO for it. - Other miscellaneous cleanups - Device tree entries to enable on phanbell, and set as the extcon for DWC3.
