Adds support for HDMI audio Uses SAI4 for HDMI output. Doesn't implement HDMI ARC as it's not needed for the dev board. Uses SAI4. Change-Id: I74e5600d6baa325c7fe4a62f6e29176ba02af44e Tested: Audio output via HDMI
