Add kernel modules for Docker support - Based on requirements from Docker's check-config script, we now have all of the "Generally Necessary" modules. Additionally, enable some other optional features based on a combination of our board config and Debian's normal configuration. b/142268644 Change-Id: Ifd689178cf0ef05363a0ba6b3a851e321bf10f8b
