imx8mn: Add flexspi boot support for DDR4 evk board On iMX8MN, the flexspi boot IVT offset is 0, but its image offset is 0x1000. Fix the problem in codes. And add a new build target flash_ddr4_evk_flexspi for flexspi booting on DDR4 EVK board. Signed-off-by: Ye Li <ye.li@nxp.com>
