Disable NXP 'adaptive frame drop' by default. It's unclear what use cases this algorithm is tuned for but standard GStreamer QoS does a much better job. This one causes severe jitter if down stream can't keep up for whatever reason, it's also flip- flopping between dropping and not dropping frames for an arbitrary 200 ms window.
