ladspa: Only scan LADSPA subdir APPDATA and COMMONPROGRAMFILES Don't scan the entire APPDATA and COMMONPROGRAMFILES path tree, just the LADSPA sub-directory inside them, if any. https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=796450
