mac-address: Identify DVT by its OUI instead of suffix DVT units have a specific range and specific OUI they have been allocated that is unique from all other ranges. We'll use the OUI to identify instead of the suffix. Change-Id: I253c059e48e1d607ee0f9d197d79d388ab2061ff
