qcacld-2.0: Do not modify FW indicator durring suspend resume This firmware indicator write has a race condition with firmware writing its ssr indication. Also firmware wasn't using the value written durring suspend/resume cycle. Change-Id: I0c0bc2d21d946cf13574776cffbd32db3e0424cd CRs-Fixed: 927593
