Disable Speaker switches by default - Disable speaker switches by default, they'll be properly enabled by the Speaker device stanza when pulse changes the output port. This allows headphones to function correctly at first boot, due to speakers not being always forced on. Change-Id: I10bbe69017305be4613619271fb5ceec29c6a2e4
