Revert "imx: set CPU boot entry for partition reboot" This reverts commit d4a0970cfea5f0dd6f88a5c202b90ce31e6baecc. SCFW already supported OCRAM retention, so no need to change primary CPU's entry. (cherry picked from commit 669492786bbb397252308d0005625176382caff3)
