mendel-linux: Integrate pipeline utility steps We need simple functionality like file globbing and manipulation, which Jenkins actively fights us against inside of shell commands. The only solution is to include this plugin to allow us to perform file globbing. Change-Id: I159a1946517219ac21253d7c342f39fc47c9d4e4
