Implement Coral Jupyter Server service
This package installs jupyter-notebook (as a dependency), then starts a
server listening on USB0. Host machines may access the jupyter notebook
by opening 192.168.100.2.
This enables a UX familiar to data scientists being available from
install, right away enabling them to take advantage of the EdgeTPU and
run inferences.
Further work will be porting existing code to ipython notebooks and
enabling colab integration out of box.
