board: Use mdt-install-package to properly install Instead of using "dpkg" and "apt-get -f install", we should use mdt-install-package, which makes use of the on-device local package repository to simplify the installation of local packages. Change-Id: I3db5794f7845807dcf3a112335ace5f89064b951
