Migrate weston/wayland-protocols out of here - Remove the debian metadata for the packages. They're re-homed to new repos. - Remove all the rules from gpu.mk, replace with macro evaluations in packages.mk Change-Id: I0e27f6d689191ea8561840299762ebd75815b558
