Updates for new kernel and bootloaders - Remove obsolete bootloader and TEE related packages - Temporarily disable VPU until updated - Point to experimental rootfs, until continuous rootfs is moved to Day - Also switch partition-table to bpt generated Change-Id: I16afd7bf23427807c3b7f9aad33fcc89bcdf07ac
