bluetooth: Add support for multi baud rate Currently BT operates only at 3M baud rate. Provide option to configure the pre-defined baud rate values as supported by the target platform. Upstream-Status: Inappropriate [enable feature] (based on CAF commit:f7a564dd593b1ba29a3395e1078ac180e4a02ed3)
